Thank you for your interest in becoming certified to provide support for your Motion Computing customer base. The goal of this certification program is to provide you with the knowledge and skills to provide Level 1 support to your Motion Computing end users. You should also be able to gain enough information on faults that you cannot solve to assist Motion Support to quickly resolve the issue. By becoming certified to support Motion tablet PCs you will be providing your end users with a higher level of service and will significantly increase customer satisfaction.
To attain your certification you must:
- Be a current Motion Reseller in good standing
- First access and complete the J3500 and/or X5v training guides
- Please note if you are only supporting one device then you only need to complete that specific training and exam. If you are supporting both devices then you must complete both training courses and pass both exams
- Complete and pass each exam, at 80% or better
- You will have the opportunity for one additional retake
- Send your certification request to training@motioncomputing.com
Once your request is received, and approved, you will:
- Be provided with access and login information to access the training materials and tests
- Review the training guide(s) and when you are comfortable access the test link(s)
- Once you log in you have 30 minutes to complete each test
- Your will receive instant feedback on your test results
- If you pass you will receive a Reseller support certificate
