In the unlikely event that you have a need for warranty repairs, you will contact Motion technical support for instructions on sending in your Motion product. Your tablet will be repaired and returned to you within five business days upon receipt at Motion’s repair depot.
For as little as 23¢ a day, you can purchase extended warranty protection for your Tablet PC* giving you peace of mind, ongoing owner satisfaction, and assurance of a lasting return on your investment.
Motion offers two warranty plans for J3400 and C5 Tablet PCs:
- 1 year of warranty coverage included (standard).
- Optional 3 year warranty coverage.
- Purchase the 3 year option when buying a J3400 or C5 Tablet PC, or up to 9 months after the date-of-purchase.
- Motion F5 Tablet PCs come standard with a 3 year warranty.

- 1 year of warranty coverage included (standard).
- Optional 2 year warranty coverage.
- Optional 3 year warranty coverage.
- Purchase the 2 or 3 year options when buying a LE1700 Tablet PC or up to 9 months after the date-of-purchase.
