Issue / Question |
After upgrading to Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) or Windows Vista, the SD Card Reader may not function as designed. The SD device may appear in the Device Manager however no drive letter will be assigned. Without a Windows assigned drive letter, the system cannot access the files or folders stored on the SD card. |
Resolution / Answer |
XP SP3 includes an updated SD Card Reader driver which is currently not compatible with the Motion SD Card Reader. Rolling back the driver to the previous version may address this issue.
