If the audio on a Motion Tablet PC has stopped working or the Sigmatel drivers & software have been removed they may be reinstalled.  This article provides instructions on how to do so.

Solution / Answer

To install or reinstall the SigmaTel C-Major audio driver on a Motion Computing Tablet PC follow the steps below.

Option #1

Open the folder below:

C:\Windows\Motion\Sigmatel_Audio

… and run the “setup.exe” file.

Download the latest version from the Motion web site at this location:
