The batch file SETPOWER.BAT automatically creates and enables the scheme. 
This batch file also enables hibernation support, but it does NOT set the 
critical battery alarm to hibernate (this has to be done manually).  


The SETPOWER.ZIP contains the following files:

     Powercfg.exe
     Setpower.bat
     OptPwr.cfg

Unzip or copy the files to a common directory on the target system. 
Run Setpower.bat (from Run… or a DOS box).
