Looking much like the Motion M1300 that came before it, the M1400 is a slate, rather than a convertible. At just 3.4 pounds, it’s easy to carry around in the crook of your arm. Even with its snap-on keyboard, its weight rises to only 4.6 pounds. But it’s the Motion’s 12.1-inch screen that sets it apart from other tablets. Most tablet PCs have narrow horizontal viewing angles and worse vertical ones, making them aggravating to view in landscape mode and infuriating in portrait. But the Motion has 160-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles, so it’s a pleasure to look at in either orientation, and it’s easy for others to view if you’re presenting or collaborating." |
