As Director of Service Operations, Mr. Mitchell is responsible for Motion’s worldwide support, which includes industry-leading, flexible programs that enable clients to acquire, protect, service and fully utilize the features of Motion Tablet PC’s.
Mr. Mitchell brings 30 years of customer service experience in a broad range of technology companies to Motion. Most recently he served as Director of Technical Support for Mobile Products for Fujitsu Computer Systems, where he was responsible for the service and support for Fujitsu mobile and desktop products in North America. Prior to joining Fujitsu he led the depot repair organizations for WYSE Technology and Atari.
Mr. Mitchell holds an associate’s degree in Electronics Technology from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the University of North Texas.
Mr. Mitchell resides in Austin with his wife Patricia.
